Dear Keith,

Just a letter to express my gratitude for all of your help. When I started training with you , I weighed  220 lbs. With your expertise and knowledge and my will and determination, I now weigh 183 lbs (it only took 5 months, the slower you lose it, the easier it is to keep off) That is almost 40 lbs of fat gone forever! Eight months later, I still eat and train just as hard if not harder. Your supervision of my diet was an aspect of your program that no other trainer has ever done for me.  As you know I own a restaurant and am around lots of food that tastes great but is sooooo bad for you. Now my normal choices are grilled chicken and fish, broccoli, and lots of delicious salads.  I now eat lots of fruits and vegetables, I stay away from refined grains, and I love life. I feel great. At 38 years old, I feel like I’m in my early 20’s. I even did a 75 mile bike ride to the keys just 3 months after we started our training. Keep up the good work and if anyone has any doubt that they can do it, have them call me!

I trained with Keith Lopez for two years. As a 30-something mother of two boys, I knew nothing about fitness. In fact, I had never participated in sports or any other athletic activity. I didn't even understand where my biceps and triceps were, and I had never done a single push-up in my life. I started training with the intent to do just a few sessions to learn the basics, but he always made the sessions so fun, innovative, and challenging that I kept buying more sessions for two years. I would still be training with him if he hadn't relocated. As a result of his extreme patience, dedication, and encouragement I can now do exercises that I never could have imagined were possible for me. I can do 15+ pull-ups consecutively, multiple types of push-ups and I can bench press my own body weight - all with perfect form. He always said that he would never ask me to try an exercise that I wasn't capable of so I just assumed I must be able to do the exercise and forgot to doubt myself.

Most importantly, my increased self esteem translated to other areas of my life. Now I serve as role-model to other women who want to reach the levels that I have. The fact that I continue to inspire others keeps me motivated. When I'm doing all the exercises he taught me I still hear his instructions and remember how important perfect form is. There is always room for improvement so I continue to challenge myself farther, both in exercise and nutrition. In fact, during my vacation I plan to work out on the beach with friends, just because it's fun! Thanks to Keith Lopez I feel healthy and strong and have a lifelong passion for exercise. I will never forget how valuable his sessions were.

As an in dependant, career-absorbed single woman, i had no time for my own fitness. I was never overweight but i wasn't what anyone would call "toned" either. In my industry, hours and days fluctuate often and include almost consistent travel. This made it almost impossible for me to see any real results when i finally joined my first gym and focused on a real vegetable and protein diet.
 
As with my business, I dove in head first, giving 150% effort to my work outs and i kept to the strict diet. While i was shedding some body fat (29% when i started), i wasn't dropping any weight. Giving it my all, I managed to find the time to stay in the gym for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, 5 times a week and still, even with a trainer every day, i grew frustrated that i wasn't seeing the benefits of my hard work. Enter Keith Lopez.
 
Right off the bat, i knew that this trainer was different, his methods were unique and his pace was stronger. The other trainers that i had worked with in the past may look great themselves but they were football player, body builder types who knew how to build mass but not how to lean a woman who's goal is to tone, not build massive muscles.
 
From day one to now, Keith has done everything he can to consistently maximize our sessions and truly, i have never felt stronger from the inside. From that point on, I continued solely with Keith as often as my schedule would permit and as weird as it sounds ...something with the way that he motivated and trained just clicked with me. With him, i was able to push past that point where your body says "stop!!" and after our work outs, i had more energy and i felt happier. The 1/2 hour i spent with Keith replaced the time i slaved at the gym and i actually enjoyed our time together. I started seeing my thighs tighten, my butt was firmer, and my obliques were thinning.
 
Now, not only am i married, i am at 20% body fat and i have gone from a size 6 (sometimes 8) to a solid 4. I feel amazing. My diet includes fresh juices daily, goji berries and lots of fruit; all recommendations from Keith Lopez. I haven't been sick in months and my body continues to improve with every session.
 
Thank you Keith, you have honestly changed the way i view my body.

I train for football hard ass hell four times on level 10 intensity. I sprint one mile in intervals of 10- 100’s, 10- 40’s, 10- 20’s, and 20- 10 yard sprints

I only do bodyweight exercises with emphasis on my core and I was becoming a bit stagnant. Keith showed me some new routines including the Muscle-Up, which until then I had no clue how it was done. Keith walked me through the steps. I was unsuccessful the first few times and would have probably given up, but Keith saw my potential and encouraged me to keep trying. After a few more attempts, I completed a successful Muscle-Up and now, it is one of my primary exercises in my routine.
